I love this drink so much! I don’t know why, but I called it Cosmic tonic.
It has all the goodness in one cup! I love mixing ayurvedic herbs and spices with adaptogenic mushrooms.
My favorite adaptogenic herb that promotes rest and relaxation is ashwagandha, also I’m obsessed with Reishi mushroom. It not only helps to enhance the immune system, reduce stress and improve sleep, but smells amazing! I Love it! Other ingredients are nutmeg, cinnamon, banana, cardamom, flaxseeds, almond milk or oat milk. Just see what speaks to you more. The ingredients are super for grounding and giving a little heaviness to the body so it’s ready to fall asleep. They contains four sleep-promoting compounds: tryptophan, magnesium, potassium and calcium.

You need for 2 cups:
1 banana
1,5-2 cups of almond/oat milk
1 tsp of ashvagandha
1 tsp of reishi powder
1 tsp of cinnamon
1/2 tsp of cardamom
1/2 tsp of nutmeg
1 tsp of flaxseeds (optional)
Lightly heat the almond milk until warm and set aside. Transfer all the remaining ingredients to a blender and then add the milk. Blend it up. And then you just need to Pour the tonic into your favorite mug and enjoy.

I make this cozy, warm drink almost every evening to wind down, de-stress, relax and promote deep sleep.

Also, I’d like to share with you some tips that can improve your sleep.
~ Create a nighttime routine like drinking goodnight tonic, using essential oils, meditating or reading a book (let me know in the comments if you want me to film my full bedtime routine video)
~ avoid heavy food close to bedtime
~ shut off all the screens at least 1 hour before bed
~ limit caffeine after noon
~ keep your bedroom cool
~ invest in a high-quality mattress, a supportive pillow, and soft, breathable bedding
~ stick to a sleep schedule
~ and go to sleep when you are tired, ideally by 10 p.m.
