What can be better, then coffee in bed? Maybe coffee with pancakes? Winter is officially here. Lazy mornings with breakfast (read: coffee) in bed have become very popular this month. Living with nature and change your routine with changing seasons is not so bad, I can admit.

Do you guys know, that according to ayurveda cardamom is a very good spice to add in your morning cup if coffee. It balances the catabolic action of the coffee. By its action decreasing Vata, Pitta and Kapha, cardamom is a good antidote to reduce stressful coffee effect on the adrenal glands. Sounds good?

You will need:
a cup of coffee (I love espresso with oat milk)
a pinch of cardamom
a pinch of cinnamon
reishi powder (optional)
